This is one of the three animated scenes we created for the Republic of Pirates game. Our task was to create the painting and organize the file layers so they were ready to be animated. The animation on this portfolio page is not the final.
The game is developed by Crazy Goat Games, and published by PQube.

Words from Artdaggers:
The golden age of the Nassau pirates was between the 16th and 17th centuries. The artistic movements of the time were Rococo, Neoclassicism and Romanticism.
Despite this, we were mainly inspired by the art of John Singer Sargent, from the 18th century, who takes inspiration from different artistic movements, creating a bold and dynamic painting. It was a great choice, combining with the paintings already in production and providing a satisfactory result.
